Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every Fly Glory Days Military Helicopter Ceiling Fan is a limited-run, made-to-order product, so we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or defective on arrival. We stand behind every unit. If your fan arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect (and the shipping box) so we can process your claim quickly.

1-Year Warranty. Your fan is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against mechanical failure and manufacturing defects under normal residential use. If the motor or fan fails within one year of delivery, send us a photo or video of the issue along with your order number and we'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, modification, or normal cosmetic wear.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
